Housing: acid-resistant steel AISI 304/316 (food grade).
Force: deep magnetic field (ferrite or neodymium).
Dimensions: any dimension on customer request.
We offer two types of solutions: based on ferrite magnets (deep magnetic field, ideal for catching large pieces of scrap from a greater distance) and neodymium (extremely strong surface field, effective in catching fine filings and wires). Each beam has mounting holes (threaded sleeves), which facilitates its suspension over the belt or screwing to the chute wall. Magnetic beams are maintenance-free and do not require power supply. Cleaning is done manually by moving the collected scrap to the edge of the separator. We manufacture beams of any dimensions, adapted to the width of your conveyor belt.
