Manual magnetic grippers – metal sorting

Application: scrap yards, sorting plants, workshops.
Construction: strong magnet in housing with a handle.
Function: distinguishing steel from non-ferrous metals and aluminum.
It is an ideal tool for quick segregation of metal waste. Applying the separator to the tested element gives an immediate answer – if the magnet attracts, we are dealing with ferromagnetic steel. If not – it is a non-ferrous metal or acid-resistant steel (austenitic). The magnet is permanently protected against mechanical damage in a steel or brass housing.
In addition to sorting, the separator is great for pulling out small steel elements (nails, screws) from boxes, ash or sand. It is also used for quick moving of small details in production. Versions with a neodymium magnet are much stronger and lighter than old ferrite versions, which tires the hand less during all-day work.
