Processing and Protection of Personal Data

• Providing personal data and giving consent to their processing are entirely voluntary. Any personal data provided to us is processed only to the extent and for the purpose to which the CUSTOMER has given consent. If the CUSTOMER does not provide the necessary data for order fulfillment and does not give consent for their processing, the order may not be possible to fulfill.
• The administrator ensures the security of the data provided and the implementation of the Users' rights resulting from the GDPR. The User has the right to access the content of their personal data and to rectify or request their complete erasure (unless it is contrary to applicable law) or restriction of the right to process their personal data - for this purpose, the User can use the function in the store's program to update user account data or please send a request (e.g., to the provided email address) specifying the request for changes or deletion of data from the records. The ADMINISTRATOR may refuse to delete the User's data only in cases specified by applicable regulations, in particular if the User has not settled all liabilities to the ADMINISTRATOR.
• Personal data of Users are processed for the purpose of establishing, shaping, concluding, changing, or terminating the Agreement between the Service Provider and the Customer and for the performance of the Sale Agreement or the agreement for the provision of an Electronic Service described in the REGULATIONS.
• The User may receive marketing and commercial information (in the form of a "newsletter") if they have given their consent. The User can unsubscribe from receiving commercial information at any time.
• We ensure that our company complies with the personal data security policy. Personal data is safe with us, and we make every effort to continuously improve this level.
• Personal data of Users may be disclosed to third parties only with the User's consent in cases described in the REGULATIONS.
• In order to fulfill the contract and deliver the ordered products, as well as to send correspondence to the customer, the data may be transferred to: Polish Post or a selected courier company.
• To fulfill the contract and deliver the products, the following personal data of the CUSTOMER are necessary: last name and first name; address for product delivery; email address; contact telephone number; in the case of a company, additionally the TAX ID.
• Personal data is processed only for the period necessary to fulfill the contract:
  • after this period, they are erased
  • sales documents - for the period required by accounting regulations
  • address data - until the expiration of the warranty period or guarantee period - whichever is longer
• The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - the Office for Personal Data Protection (UODO) if they have any objections to the processing of their personal data by the ADMINISTRATOR.
