Turbomag® XT-4 for water installations

XT-4 is an externally fitted device offered for water installations. It does not remove calcium or magnesium from water, so it should not be described as equivalent to a conventional water softener. Check the water parameters and fitting conditions before buying.

Points to check for XT-4:

external fitting according to the product instructions
fit with the pipe and installation
no direct contact between the device and water
dissolved minerals remain in the water
assess results by measurement, without assuming scale removal

XT-4 is offered for central heating and domestic-water installations. It is fitted outside a pipe and does not remove dissolved minerals from water. If hardness or scale is the concern, assess the water with measurements before and after using any chosen solution.

Choose the fitting position from the pipe dimensions and material and the product instructions. Consult an installer if the conditions are uncertain. A magnetizer is not a substitute for a filter, descaler or water-treatment system with demonstrated performance.

We do not promise a fixed reduction in scale. Results depend on the installation and water quality and should be assessed by measurements and observation in the actual application.
