Installation of Turbomag® magnetizers

Operation and maintenance manual

Fitting depends on the model and kit version. These are general precautions, not a substitute for the selected product's instructions or the vehicle or installation manufacturer's guidance. Fitting alone does not establish fuel savings or preserve every vehicle warranty.

User tips

Identify the correct pipe or filter from the instructions for the selected version. Switch off the equipment or engine, allow it to cool and check that the fitting area is accessible. Do not cut a pipe or open a fuel system based on general advice on this page.

Turbomag magnetizer construction

1. Set composition (what is what?)

Detailed description of the elements found in the box along with instructions for their application.

Where: Confirm the fitting location in the oil-version instructions and vehicle documentation.
How: Secure the parts as instructed without covering labels or access needed for filter replacement.
Important: The device does not replace an oil filter or guarantee particle capture or a longer engine life.
Oil magnetizer (yellow color)

Where: Check that the selected version is intended for the vehicle's intake pipe.
How: Follow the arrangement in its instructions and keep clear of hot or moving parts.
Important: Do not assume improved combustion or a change in air composition without measurements.
Air magnetizer (grey color)

Where: The selected version's instructions determine whether and where it may be fitted to a fuel pipe or filter.
How: Do not cut or open the system. Check that the mount is secure and meets the vehicle manufacturer's requirements.
Important: We do not present a change in fuel molecules or fuel savings as a confirmed result of fitting.

2. Step-by-step installation instructions

Installation process on the example of a fuel line in a typical passenger car.

Identify the kit version and fitting location stated in its instructions. Clean the outside of the pipe or filter without disturbing the installation.
Step 1: location and preparation

Position the parts according to the product instructions. Do not infer the correct pole arrangement from a generic diagram if the specific documentation differs.
Step 2: applying the activators

Secure the kit with the parts intended for that version. Do not overtighten anything that could damage a pipe or filter.
Step 3: securing with a zip tie

Check stability, clearance from hot or moving parts, and maintenance access. Stop and consult a qualified installer if anything is uncertain.

The effect of an additional device on a vehicle warranty depends on the manufacturer's terms and the fitting method. We cannot guarantee that fitting is neutral for every warranty. Check the vehicle documents or ask the warranty provider first.

We cannot guarantee complete safety for every controller and sensor without vehicle-specific information and field measurements at the fitting position. Follow the manufacturer's clearance advice and consult a specialist when uncertain.

There is no universal fitting location for every vehicle. Follow the selected model's instructions and the layout of the actual installation; keep the kit away from hot, moving or easily damaged parts.
