Installation of Turbomag® Magnetizers
Remember!
For optimal performance, the fuel magnetizer should be installed on the fuel filter, the air magnetizer immediately after the air filter, and the oil magnetizer on the oil filter. In this configuration, none of them not only causes any problems with the flow of the substance, but also does not clog the ferromagnetic (metal filings) pipes. Additionally, filter replacement cleans the entire system. Plastic ties increase the power of the magnetizer, but remember that in order for the magnetizer to fully utilize it, the magnet must have a so-called magnetic lens on the other side, which protects against unwanted interaction with the magnetizer from the opposite pole!
one oil magnetizer - yellow color
The oil magnetizer should be installed on the oil filter on both sides of the filter, so that the magnets are parallel to each other through the filter. After applying the magnetizers, tighten them with the included hose clamp.
two air magnetizers - gray color
The air magnetizers should be installed immediately after the air filter. Pay attention to ensure that all magnets in each of the four magnetizers are oriented with the north pole (N) facing the conduit.
two fuel magnetizers - red color
The fuel magnetizers should be installed on the fuel filter (installation on fuel lines is also allowed!) so that their positions on the filter have variable directions, i.e., N-S-N-S, meaning two directions of N and two directions of S. They must attract each other through the filter, just like through the fuel line. Only the air magnetizers must be directed exclusively with N poles towards the air inlet pipe, then they will repel each other.
1. Locate the fuel line.
2. Slide the magnetizers onto the line with the magnet side. The magnets should attract each other.
3. Secure with a hose clamp.
The correct installation should look like this.
