Installation of Turbomag® magnetizers

Operation and maintenance manual

Correct installation is key to fuel savings and engine protection. As a manufacturer based in Ożarów Mazowiecki, we recommend installing: the fuel magnetizer on the supply line, the air magnetizer on the intake, and the oil magnetizer on the filter. The Turbomag® system, thanks to its proprietary Multipolar technology, works non-invasively – we do not cut any lines, which maintains the vehicle's warranty. This process naturally cleans the system of carbon deposits disrupted by the strong magnetic field.

User tips

Before starting the installation, locate the fuel lines (supply and return) and the air intake pipe in the engine compartment. Make sure the engine is turned off and cool enough to avoid burns. The installation is extremely simple and requires no specialized workshop tools other than ordinary scissors to trim the excess zip ties. 1. Set composition (what is what?)

Where to mount: Directly on the outer housing of the metal oil filter (the can).
How: Mount two elements on opposite sides of the filter, parallel to each other. They must attract each other through the filter, creating a magnetic trap. Secure the whole thing with the included tie.
Action: The device catches microscopic metal filings created during friction, acting as an additional, precise magnetic filter, which significantly extends engine life.

Where to mount: On the air intake pipe, placing it right after the air filter and before the engine intake manifold.
How: NOTE! In this case, mount the magnets specifically so that all are facing with the same N (North) pole towards the pipe. As a result, they will repel each other away from the pipe, creating a unique oxygen-ionizing field.
Action: Better oxygenation of the fuel mixture improves combustion efficiency.

Where to mount: On a rubber or plastic fuel line (supply) or directly on the fuel filter.
How: Use the classic N-S-N-S arrangement (variable field). The elements must attract strongly through the line, embracing it tightly. Mount the set as close as possible to the injection rail or carburetor.
Action: Breaks up hydrocarbon clusters, facilitating the bonding of fuel with oxygen.

2. Step-by-step installation instructions

Installation process on the example of a fuel line in a typical passenger car.

Find the correct line (fuel supply line delivering fuel to the engine) or filter. Clean the installation site of dust, grease, and mud to ensure stable adhesion of the magnetizers.

Place the magnetizer halves against the line with the active side (convex or magnetic). The magnets must attract each other and stably embrace the fuel line.

Pass the included zip tie (cable tie) through the dedicated holes or around the magnetizers and pull it tight. Cut off the excess tie with scissors.

A correctly installed set should not slide loosely on the line under vibration. Done! You can start the engine and enjoy smoother power unit operation.

3. Questions and safety

No, the installation is completely reversible and non-invasive. You do not cut factory lines or interfere with vehicle electronics. Before visiting an authorized service center (ASO), you can dismantle the set in just 5 minutes by simply cutting the plastic ties.

Original Turbomag® from Ożarów Mazowiecki features effective magnetic shielding. The magnetic field is directed precisely inside the line (at the fluid), not outside. This makes the device 100% safe for engine controllers, sensors, and other sensitive electronics.

The rule is universal for all engine types: mount fuel and air magnetizers as close as possible to the combustion chamber (engine). Mount the oil magnetizer always on the oil filter to catch metal filings where the oil is filtered.
