Apart from immense power, neodymium magnets have the following advantages:

- Thanks to their high temperature resistance, they can operate (depending on the shape) even at temperatures up to 230°C and above...
- The ability for precise shaping or customization to specific needs – neodymium magnets can be produced in a wide range of shapes and sizes, which enhances their versatility in applications.
- Wide application in modern technologies – are utilized in HDD drives, electric drive mechanisms, medical devices or various technologically advanced devices.
Disadvantages of neodymium magnets:
- They are fragile when subjected to a powerful impact. If the magnets are exposed to impacts, we recommend using magnets in a metal holder. The steel housing in the form of a holder protects the magnet from impacts and at the same time increases its overall strength,
- High temperatures can reduce the strength of neodymium magnets. Typically, after heating above 80°C, most of them experience a permanent reduction in strength (although it is dependent on the form and size). To prevent this, we offer special magnets marked with the symbol [AH], which are highly resistant to high temperatures. They can operate even at temperatures up to 230°C, making them an ideal solution for applications requiring high-temperature operation,
- They rust in a humid environment - during outdoor use, we recommend using waterproof magnets, such as those made of rubber or plastic,
- Limited ability to create threads or complex shapes in the magnet - the use of a housing is recommended - magnetic holder
- Possible danger associated with microscopic parts of magnets can be dangerous, in case of ingestion, which is crucial in the aspect of protecting young children. Additionally, miniscule components of these devices are able to complicate diagnosis when they are in the body.
Caution with Neodymium Magnets
Neodymium magnets can attract to each other, pinch the skin, and cause significant injuries.
If the joining of neodymium magnets is not under control, at that time they may crumble and also crack. You can't move them to each other. At a distance less than 10 cm you should hold them very strongly.
Neodymium magnets are over 10 times stronger than ferrite magnets (the ones in speakers), and their power can surprise you.
To handle magnets properly, it is best to familiarize yourself with our information beforehand. This will help you avoid significant harm to your body and the magnets themselves.
Neodymium magnets should not be around children.
Not all neodymium magnets are toys, so do not let children play with them. Small magnets pose a serious choking hazard or can attract to each other in the intestines. In such cases, the only solution is to undergo surgery to remove the magnets, and otherwise, it can even lead to death.
Keep neodymium magnets away from people with pacemakers.

Do not place neodymium magnets near a computer HDD, TV, and wallet.

Neodymium magnets are especially fragile, resulting in their breakage.
In the event of a collision between two neodymium magnets, it can result in them getting chipped. Despite being made of metal and coated with a shiny nickel plating, they are not as hard as steel. At the moment of connection between the magnets, tiny sharp metal pieces can be propelled in various directions at high speed. Eye protection is recommended.
