Neodymium magnetic holders: power and application
Our offer of magnetic holders with NdFeB neodymium magnet
Main applications:
- Searching and Magnet Fishing: The sealed housing protects the magnet from impacts against the bottom of a river or lake. Ideal for fishing out "treasures" and meteorites.
- Industry: As separators, grippers, and fasteners in difficult conditions (rain, snow).
Match the type of holder to your project:
- Industry and Automation: Choose conical holders (countersunk), cylindrical, or threaded (external/internal) for precise machine assembly.
- Logistics and Warehouse: Use magnetic hooks for quick hanging of installations without drilling.
- Difficult conditions (Outdoor): Bet on rubber-coated magnets – they are waterproof, do not scratch the surface, and do not slide under the influence of vibration.
Do you have technical questions? Visit our headquarters in Ożarów Mazowiecki or call us – we will help you choose the optimal lifting capacity.
- Magnetic adapter (Extension): Mounted in the screwdriver head. A small but strong neodymium built inside holds the bit and screw, preventing them from falling out when working with one hand.
- Magnetic strip/rail: For workshop organization. Allows you to "stick" bits and sockets to the wall of the tool cabinet so they don't get lost.
- Magnetic wristband: The fitter's "third hand". Worn on the wrist, it holds bits and screws while working on a ladder.
DIY Tip: If your holder holds poorly, you can regenerate it or build your own organizer by gluing in a strong cylindrical magnet, e.g., model MW 5x3 / N38 - cylindrical magnet, which will ensure a firm grip even on long bits.
- Force concentration: The steel housing shields the field from the top and sides, redirecting it downwards. As a result, the holder has a much greater lifting capacity than a bare magnet of the same dimensions.
- Durability: The housing protects the brittle neodymium from cracking upon impact (ideal for industry and automation).
- Easy assembly: The holders have ready-made threads (internal/external), countersunk holes, or hooks.
As a manufacturer from Ożarów Mazowiecki, we offer a full range of holders: from precise ones for automation to waterproof rubber versions for field work.
Where are magnetic holders used?
Primarily, such magnetic holders are used to improve various technological and production processes in companies around Warsaw and Ożarów Mazowiecki. In the case of holder operation at temperatures up to 450°C, it will be much better to use magnetic holders with Alnico magnets. A standard N38 neodymium magnet can withstand temperatures up to 80°C - maximum up to 220°C. Thanks to the use of various housings, holes or casings, and internal and external threads in them, magnetic holders are also widely used as search magnets for underwater areas and the bottom of water reservoirs.
